Grove Street Senior Citizens Housing Corp. to Undergo Addition and Alteration

Phelps Construction Group has been awarded the Addition and Alteration of the Grove Street Senior Citizens Housing Corporation in Orange, New Jersey. The Grove Street Senior Citizens Housing Corporation mission is to help to improve life in the urban community. Once completed, the new headquarters will be named the Centere at Park Avenue.
