Phelps to Renovate Rutgers Research Lab in Nelson Hall

Phelps Construction Group has been awarded another project by Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The latest project awarded to Phelps Construction Group is the Renovation of a research lab in the Nelson Hall Biology Building.
