Sidoti, P.E., General Superintendent for Phelps Construction Group is the face of our project, Teachers Village at Four Corners, on pages 13 & 14 of the Building America Community Development Entity 2012 Annual Report. The development is highlighted for transforming the City of Newark by bringing a variety of residential, retail, and employment opportunities to the downtown area.
