Executive Promotions

We're excited to announce the promotion of executives within our management team! Brian Stricker has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Jack Carroll to Director of Construction.

Brian has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry as a Project Executive, Project Manager and Project Superintendent. In his new role as Executive Vice President, he will oversee our Project Management Team and ensure that all our projects are delivered to our clients on time, within budget and with the highest quality workmanship in the industry.

Jack has taken the lead on several demanding projects in his eight years at Phelps Construction Group. Most recently, he served as the Project Manager on a 780,000 square foot distribution facility in Hawthorne, New York. As Director of Construction, Jack will manage all field activities including project supervision and manpower, scheduling, quality control and safety.
