Kean University Hires Phelps for Sky Room Project

Kean University has awarded Phelps Construction Group the Sky Room project in its University Center Building. This fast track project involves the complete enclosure and fit-out of an interior courtyard. When completed, this new space and the surrounding rooms will serve as the Sky Lounge in the University Center.
