RSV properties has awarded the renovation of their Cedar Knolls facility to Phelps Construction Group. The facility previously was home to Ranjit Corporation and Diamond Essence a leading manufacturer of artificial diamond jewelry. The facility is being completely renovated for future use as a Medical Office Building.
