Governor Christie Attends Teachers Village Groundbreaking

Governor Chris Christie and Newark Mayor Corey Booker joined Ron Beit of RBH Group to celebrate the groundbreaking of long-awaited Teachers Village at Four Corners. Phelps Construction is proud to start working on 'Building Two', a four-story 104,000 SF charter school building with first floor retail space. Just two blocks away from the Prudential Center at the corner of Halsey and William Street will rise seven more buildings including charter schools, apartments for teachers, and retail space in efforts to revitalize the City of Newark.
