NORTH BERGEN, NJ – Phelps Construction Group will be the Construction Manager/ Owners Representative for the Masonry Façade Restoration at Parker Imperial. The 26-story residential building, overlooking the Hudson River and opposite Manhattan’s skyline, contains 309 units and a four-level indoor parking garage (three above street level).
