Restoration of Fire Damaged Penthouse Unit Begins

NORTH BERGEN, NJ – Phelps Construction Group began the demolition of a fire damaged unit on the Penthouse floor of Parker Imperial. The exterior façade and balconies affected by the fire and smoke will be will be restored to their original condition.
