Fifth Project with Bottle King
WAYNE, NJ - Phelps Construction Group has been awarded our fifth project with Bottle King, the largest New Jersey retailer of wine, beer, and spirits. Construction of a 2,000 SF storage room will take place at the existing 16,000 SF Wayne store. We will also be re-configuring the existing parking lot and landscape.
Work at three Bottle King locations including East Windsor, Parsippany, and Ledgewood have been completed. Work at their Livingston location is in progress.
