This 108,000 square foot retail plaza is located at the corner of Ridgedale Avenue & East Hanover Avenue. The brownfield site adaptive reuse in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey was leased to a carefully assembled mix of tenants including including Old Navy, Famous Footwear, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Five Below, Ulta Beauty, QuickChek, MedExpress Urgent Care, and Auto Zone. A stand-alone restaurant building within the shopping center is the home to IHOP and Mangiamo's, an Italian eatery. The project was named Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal's “Best Retail Project of 2017.”
