Mitesh performs the role of Project Manager on many of the demanding projects executed by Phelps Construction Group. He brings his experience in Project Management, including planning of site logistics, developing and maintaining project schedules, and properly coordinating subcontracted work. He is responsible for the effective management of project changes including the evaluation of new scope and the impact to clients to proactively solve potential problems. Additionally, Mitesh has extensive experience in performing associated cost estimates, preparing proposals, and negotiating subcontracted work. Mitesh has completed all types of construction projects including Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Institutional Projects. Some of his most notable projects include a Solvent Waste Collection System in Branchburg, NJ and the renovation of 909 Broad Street in Newark, NJ for Great Oaks Charter School.
