JACK CARROLL

Director of Construction

As Director of Construction, Jack is responsible for the oversight of all field operations including the coordination of Superintendents, scheduling in-house labor, and acquiring the appropriate materials. He works with our construction management staff ensuring milestones are met in accordance with the construction documents with the highest quality and safety standards in mind. Jack is counted on to resolve field conditions that may arise, developing solutions to unseen complications in a swift manner. Previous to taking on this role, Jack took lead on several demanding projects as Project Manager. He served as the Project Manager on a 780,000 square foot distribution facility in Hawthorne, New York and the complete renovation of Subaru Distributors Corp. headquarters in Orangeburg, New York.
