Miranda initially started her journey at Phelps Construction Group as Administrative Assistant and has since evolved into a vital member of our administrative team. Her role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including drafting contracts, purchase orders, and change orders for our subcontractors, utilizing tools like DocuSign for efficiency. She is responsible for the preparation of insurance requests for new projects and the collection of said information from Subcontractors. She maintains detailed records of these documents within our project management software, CMiC, to ensure historical accuracy. Additionally, Miranda is responsible for requesting and tracking various project-specific documentation, such as Public Works Certifications, NJEDA documentation, Tax Exempt, and Capital Improvement forms when required. Her consistency ensures that all project management administration functions are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
