SUPERINTENDENT

Pete is responsible for all site communications between Owner, Architect and on-site subcontractors. Additionally, he coordinates with all Subcontractors on the project to ensure that their work is in conformance with the construction documents. Day to day, the Superintendent is scheduling with all Subcontractors to ensure completion of the project within the time frame of the construction schedule. He also performs daily job site inspections for quality control while also overseeing safety. Some of Pete's notable projects include Mariner's Pointe and Great Oaks Charter School.
